Milton 10 CES- const progress- May 9/22- Fire Verification

Thought now – time to turn our attention scheduling a date / fire verification . Successful completion of fire verification is our first step towards Occupancy.

Elec Vault / Right – secondary cables have been pulled Left- ropes in place pulling primary.
2nd floor hallway- lockers being installed
Flooring contractor onsite .
2nd floor East hallway
Washrooms- ceilings are being taped.
2nd floor- classrooms being prepared / vinyl.
Front entrance
2nd floor classrooms- lateral clips in place
Handrails needed all stairwell.
Admin office – walls are being taped.

Concrete curb and sidewalk scheduled end of May- Arrowhead.

Spraying of AVB ongoing
Masonry contractor cleaning brick
Lateral clips installed ground floor classrooms
Front entrance- in need of HM frames and glass.

We are approaching our end game and co-operation is needed by all as finishing trades complete their work. A broom is now king and all trades must clean up their garbage.
