Above- work /exterior / is progressing well as cap sheet /roof/ is near completion. This allows placement of RTUs and no longer will units remain on the ground. Brick veneer is progressing well as we push masonry contractor to finish their scope of work. Once masonry is complete will bring on the services of our concrete and curb contractor followed by landscape. Frost slabs needed at all exits.

Note! We are in dire need of lateral support clips installed in all non- load bearing walls /classrooms . We cannot proceed in classrooms until this task is complete. 🙏🏽🙏🏽 This is a show stopper.
