Many trades onsite today- Steel contractor placing Roof Joist @ front of building. Masonry contractor erecting walls / childcare. Contractor on roof applying plywood re- parapet. Once plywood in place /parapet/ allows spraying of AVB then brick veneer. Also, roofing company require’s the completion of parapet resulting in their mobilization. See video below- The Push Is On.
