It was only a Dream

Area in need of completion is our front foyer. Millwork contractor to install benches and wooden panels located over metal studs. A push is needed here as this is our main entrance to our school.

Flooring Library👍 Started
Millwork- many countertops misSing.
Gym Change Rms- brackets onsite re- benches.
Kindergarten – wooden benches needed.
Roofers- onsite and installing metal cap / panels
Childcare & East – waiting for concrete sidewalks / required for Occupancy.
Childcare- ceiling tile are being placed.
Childcare- vinyl base is being applied
All Main floor classrooms- vinyl base required.
Main Washrooms / front/ walls are now tiled and plumbing ready re- installation.
Front of building- landscaping required.
Front – wire mesh required – fence.
Admin office- desk now in place – installation required
Siding needed – garbage enclosure
Gate needed separating play area from parking lot.
2nd floor landing- vinyl base required.
Is elevator operational????

We are almost there. Occupancy this week.
