As summer draws to a close and the start of the school year approaches, there is a flurry of activity at your construction site. The masonry contractor is diligently working on building the walls on the 3rd floor east, and their completion is expected by the end of this week. It’s impressive to see the progress being made within such a tight timeframe.

Looking ahead, the focus will shift to the west side as the masonry contractor is scheduled to begin erecting walls on Tuesday. This means that the construction efforts will be evenly distributed across both sides of the building, ensuring balanced progress.

In the following week, the 3rd floor east will be ready for topping, a significant milestone in the construction process. This will be followed by the installation of precast materials, further propelling the project forward.
Exciting things are also happening in the rear field, where the site service contractor is preparing for asphalt. This indicates that progress is not only limited to the main structure but extends to other areas of the site as well. Such coordinated efforts of multiple contractors working together seamlessly are commendable and contribute to the overall efficiency of the project.

The ultimate goal is to achieve watertightness before the Christmas season, and it’s apparent that all trades are synergizing their efforts towards this objective. It is essential to maintain momentum and progress, particularly as the project’s timeline approaches this critical phase.
Furthermore, I’m pleased to note that the tendering process for finished trades is now complete, and contracts will soon be awarded. This stage signifies an important milestone in the project, as it solidifies the participation of various skilled trades and ensures the project’s continued advancement.

Stay tuned for more updates on the project’s development, as the collective efforts of the contractors drive it forward. It’s an exciting journey, and I look forward to seeing the forthcoming actions unfold.
