Winter is Coming

Winter is indeed approaching, and while the weather forecast for the next two weeks appears favorable, it’s important to stay proactive in preparing for the inevitable challenges that the season may bring. We understand the urgency in ensuring a watertight space, and progress is being made to meet this goal.
On Wednesday, the metal deck for the west side roof is scheduled to arrive and will be promptly installed. This will contribute significantly to the overall construction progress. Additionally, we have received confirmation that all steel will be onsite by the end of this month, marking a significant milestone in the project.
In terms of the windows, their installation is now scheduled for the middle of December. This will not only provide aesthetic appeal but also enhance the building’s functionality and insulation.
Exciting news! The drywall contractor has arrived and has begun the metal stud installation in the admin office. This marks the beginning of the interior finishing phase, bringing us one step closer to the final stages of the project.

Furthermore, there’s an unexpected surprise as grass sod has already begun to be laid in the rear field. This will ensure a lush green landscape once spring arrives, adding to the overall beauty of the surroundings.

While progress is being made on several fronts, it is essential that we prioritize the fire sprinkler contractor’s involvement. Their early involvement is crucial as they have considerable work to be completed. By initiating their tasks as soon as possible, we can ensure the safety and compliance of the building.
We are still awaiting the commencement of work in the rear parking area. Rest assured that efforts are being made to address this and we will provide updates as soon as there is progress in this regard.

Please stay tuned for my return visit on Thursday, where I will provide a more detailed update on the progress and any further developments. Winter may be on its way, but with proactive planning and swift execution, we are confident in overcoming any challenges that come our way.
