Plenty of exciting progress is underway at our construction site! Today, the west side of the building is abuzz with activity as our skilled workers are installing a metal decking roof. This essential step will provide a sturdy and reliable foundation for the rest of the construction process.
Next on the agenda are the parapet walls, which will be installed shortly before the roofing contractor arrives. These walls will add an extra layer of protection and visual appeal to the building’s exterior.
Inside the building, significant work is taking place in the cafeteria. In-floor heating systems are being carefully installed, ensuring that the space will be cozy and comfortable for everyone to enjoy. We are particularly focused on achieving a slab-on-grade cafeteria design, which will enhance the stability and durability of the floor.
Meanwhile, attention is also being given to the SOG atrium and the topping of the fourth floor on the east side of the building. These areas are being prioritized in order to expedite progress and ensure that we achieve a watertight status as soon as possible.
