To all trades: we have re-scheduled the remaining installation of T-bar ceiling until next Wed Aug 22nd starting at 7am. We have one week to complete all above ceiling work as well as the sealing of openings. Fire verification is scheduled for the following Monday Aug 27th. All ceilings must be in place. Again, we are closing ceilings next Wednesday. “We’re coming through”🚂🚂🚂🚂
Work on the addition is progressing well. We are scheduled for precast (2nd floor) mid September followed by the roof mid Oct. Our intent is the placement of brick veneer (exterior) prior to Dec 1st.
Still plenty of garbage needs to be picked up
Wooden Fence needed around transformer.
