Steel is being placed( RTU) erector is placing steel
Mechanical Room- demolition near completion
Electrical distribution panels are onsite.
We still need gas meter removed to allow sprinkler and water pipe to enter building.🐢🐢
Footings re- additions are now ready for forming. I am told contractor will be onsite tomorrow.
Curbs are being built and then placed. By end of week ready to roof (watertight) curbs. Roof Top Units arrive July 30th. 👀
