Nelson High School – Nov 13/20 construction update
Work is progressing well as we scheduled our roofer /library-cafeteria/ for next week. Windows and curtain wall to arrive soon. We are pushing completion of the cosmetology and Mti rooms prior to Christmas.

St. Peter- childcare- Nov 11/20 progress
We are disappointed Open Web Steel Joist has been delayed. Our steel contractor was notified back on Oct 2nd steel would be needed soon. Please expedite this task as we will be at a standstill Monday morning.

St. Peter childcare- Nov 9/20 update
Work is progressing well as mechanical and electrical contractors work together placing their pipes in masonry walls. All masonry walls complete prior to Friday as we await steel / OWSJ.
