As we look ahead to May, we anticipate a busy and productive month filled with significant progress on our project. Prior to the start of our painters and floor contractors, a thorough cleanup of the site is required to ensure a smooth workflow. We have already begun the installation of transitions from window to masonry walls on the exterior, setting a solid foundation for the upcoming phases.

In addition, the spraying of the Air Vapour Barrier is scheduled to commence next week, an essential step in maintaining structural integrity and energy efficiency. We are pleased to inform you that the brick veneer is now onsite, ready to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the building.

Moreover, our site services contractor will soon initiate asphalt paving, alongside the construction of sidewalks and curbs, which will significantly improve accessibility and functionality. As interior trades start to come on board, we expect progress to accelerate rapidly. Keeping our timeline in mind, we are committed to advancing the project efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Our proactive approach aims to ensure that each facet of the construction process unfolds seamlessly, laying the groundwork for a successful completion.
