Work on the project is progressing smoothly and on schedule. Topping is currently being placed on the 3rd floor east, and we are delighted to share that the precast materials are set to arrive on Monday, September 18th. Meanwhile, the masonry contractor is actively constructing walls on the west side of the building. The anticipated date for installing the roof steel joist /west/ is set for September 25th.

Exciting developments are on the horizon as we look ahead. Mid-October will witness the installation of our windows, which will bring a significant transformation to the project. We are making excellent progress towards achieving a watertight structure before Christmas, as our roofer is expected to start working soon.
