In just under ten months, our construction project has made significant progress. The upper pictures, taken on January 19th and November 6th, 2023, showcase the remarkable transformation. The dedication and hard work of our entire team deserve full kudos for their outstanding contributions.
Currently, we have completed the topping pour for the second floor, which marks a significant milestone in the construction process. The slab on grade gym is scheduled to be poured this Friday, adding another dimension to our project. We have also made arrangements for the delivery of an electrical transformer, scheduled to arrive on November 18th, which will enable us to power our facility to its full capacity.
Simultaneously, our contractor is diligently working in the rear field to prepare the parking area, ensuring convenience and accessibility for all. However, one area of concern remains the steel installation, which we acknowledge as a critical task. To expedite this process, we are taking necessary measures and devoting extra attention to ensure its timely completion.
In our pursuit to achieve a tight and secure structure, our immediate focus lies on installing windows and the subsequent spraying of the Air Vapour Barrier. These steps are vital in safeguarding the interior from any moisture infiltration. We are determined to achieve a watertight state by Christmas, keeping our project on track.
As we make these strides, we can’t help but feel an undeniable sense of excitement building up. We are about to embark on a new phase, entering the realm of cyberspace. The ever-changing landscape of technology awaits us, and we are prepared to embrace it.
