- The steel joists in the gym have been successfully placed and are ready for welding and inspection.
- The pouring of the topping on the second floor West is almost complete, reaching 80 percent.
- Housekeeping pads have been set up on the west side to accommodate mechanical equipment.
Great progress is being made on the construction site! The steel joists have been successfully placed in the gym and are ready for welding and inspection. Once that is completed, the steel deck can be installed.
On the second floor West, the pouring of the topping is almost complete, reaching 80 percent. Housekeeping pads have also been set up on the west side to accommodate mechanical equipment.
Congratulations to TRP, our general contractor, for the excellent work so far.
For the Slab On Grade, pouring is scheduled to take place at the end of this month.
On the 4th floor east, the masonry contractor is waiting for steel lintels. However, instead of using steel, concrete bond beams will be constructed. It is crucial to have the exterior steel lintels installed over the windows, as the completion of this floor depends on them.
The team is still working hard to achieve a watertight condition by Christmas. Keep up the great work!
