Progress is well underway on the construction site. The focus is currently on the Open Web Steel Joist on the west side, which is scheduled to be in place by mid-November. Following this, the Metal Deck is set to arrive on-site during the week of November 6th, with installation promptly commencing. Once the Metal Deck is installed, our roofing company will be able to begin their work.

As each phase progresses, the collaboration among contractors and the dedicated efforts of the construction team bring us closer to the realization of the project. The commitment to meeting deadlines and ensuring quality craftsmanship is evident. With each passing day, the vision for the building becomes clearer, and anticipation builds for what lies ahead as construction continues to move forward.

Simultaneously, the masonry contractor is diligently installing exterior lintels on the fourth floor east. Their progress is on track, and they anticipate completing all the walls within the next two weeks. Afterward, the window installation phase can commence, led by our trusted window company, Aerloc. Their team will efficiently begin installing the punch windows, further enhancing the building.

To ensure the foundation is solidified, the slab on grade and topping will be poured as soon as possible. This step is crucial in establishing a strong base for the structure. The construction team is actively striving to meet their goal of achieving a watertight building by Christmas. This milestone will mark a significant step forward in the project, allowing for further interior work and finishing touches to take place.
