It now appears that the delivery of our remaining rooftop units has been rescheduled for next Tuesday. We need these units in place to ensure our gymnasium remains watertight. The masonry contractor is cleaning the walls in the childcare area, allowing our painters to continue their work. Sheet metal has arrived as we advance the installation of above-ceiling ductwork.
Boarding of our admin offices is scheduled to begin at the start of next week. The school is now ready to receive our flooring contractor, so we are all set to proceed. We must start considering the installation of mechanical equipment in our penthouse, as this task has a timeframe exceeding three months. Additionally, we are in need of the main louvre.
The exterior work is progressing well, with our masonry contractor having about two weeks remaining. Our team is forming the exterior frost slabs and is scheduled to pour early next week. Once this is complete, Lakeside Contracting can begin forming the sidewalks and curbs, complete with asphalt. It’s all coming together!
