Childcare– work is progressing well as our masonry contractor will be finished mid week. Ready for our steel contractor /roof/ end of this week. Also note: where are our our windows ???
Cafeteria- we are working on the roof preparing our parapet /plywood/ once complete would allow our roofer / GRRC/ to start onsite. Where are our windows???
Addition: Ceramic tile contractor is now on the main floor hallway and progressing well. Behind them should be flooring / placed in classrooms. Same process for the 2nd floor. Millwork to arrive onsite no later than July 1st. Lockers no later than Aug 1st. We are now on the home stretch. Thought should be given on a date re- Fire Verification / we work towards that.
