As we approach the Christmas holidays, many projects tend to slow down; however, we’re forging ahead with momentum on our latest venture. Exciting developments are on the horizon as windows are scheduled to arrive this Monday. Our dedicated Roofer from GRRC will also be on-site, commencing the task of loading our rooftop. The structural integrity of the building is rapidly taking shape, thanks in part to Kiki from Linesteel, who has successfully placed all the steel trusses. As we gear up for the next phase, we anticipate the arrival of the metal decking, which is set to be delivered next week for the gymnasium roof.
With the start of the new year, the transformation of the school will be evident as we diligently work toward making the building watertight within the first year. This major milestone will allow us to shift our focus toward the interior, where our painting team will be eager to get started. We have heating units ready to facilitate a comfortable working environment for our painters, ensuring that progress continues smoothly.
