Great news! The installation of the open web steel joist in the west section is 80% complete. This is a major milestone that brings us closer to our project’s completion. In addition, we have the metal deck scheduled to arrive in the middle of next week. Once the deck has been spread, we will be able to proceed with the construction of the parapet walls, followed by the roofing process.

To ensure a smooth workflow, we are actively pushing the roofer to commence their work by mid-November. By starting early, we aim to maintain a constant and steady progress throughout the following weeks.
On the east side, the masonry contractor is diligently building the walls on the fourth floor. They are working hard to meet the scheduled completion date, which is set for the end of next week. Their commitment and expertise will bring us closer to our goal.

As we progress, it is important to address the next critical task at hand – the sprinkler contractor. We are eagerly anticipating their start, as their work is vital to the overall safety and functionality of the building. Once the sprinkler system is in place, it will contribute to the overall progress and help us stay on track.

We are optimistic about our timeline and aim to have all the steel erected before December. By working together and maintaining a constant focus on progress, we are confident in our ability to achieve each weekly milestone.
Thank you for your hard work and dedication. Let’s continue pushing forward and make consistent progress towards the successful completion of this project.
