Work is proceeding smoothly as foundation walls are being constructed. Our general contractor is poised to begin backfilling these walls shortly. Meanwhile, the mechanical contractor is currently NOT onsite to install the necessary underground piping. SEE VIDEO
It’s crucial to note that our masonry contractor is particularly aggressive, which means the mechanical contractor should aim to stay ahead of their progress. Working with machinery will soon be limited, so timely installation is essential. Additionally, it’s imperative that all shop drawings are submitted for approval promptly. This will ensure that the steel lintels above windows and metal door frames are onsite as soon as possible.
We are pushing hard as we approach our first drop of precast scheduled for October 1st. Our goal is to create a project that feels “as standing room only,” emphasizing our commitment to excellence and efficiency.
