The flooring installation in our classrooms has put us behind schedule, as we’re still waiting on the arrival of the installers. Millwork cannot proceed until the finished floor is in place, which adds to our delays. Managing timelines has become critical, especially as we prepare for an upcoming contractors meeting to address these issues.
The exterior also needs attention; the asphalt, remaining sidewalk, and curb must be completed before winter sets in. With the cold season fast approaching, it’s crucial to have all tasks and events neatly organized and completed on time.
On a brighter note, we’re making strides in other areas. Finishes such as painting, decorative stonework, and T-bar ceilings are progressing well and starting to come together beautifully. With collaboration and focus, we can overcome these challenges and keep the project on track. Let’s push forward and get it done!
