The installation of our windows by Aerloc, our contractor, has progressed remarkably well. The dedicated team working on the roof is nearing the completion of the plywood parapet installation. This crucial step means our roofing contractor can soon start their work, which is a significant milestone in this project.
In addition to the roofing progress, we have exciting news about the heating system. Heat is now being applied within the interior spaces, which will facilitate the continuation of interior work during the colder months. This is particularly beneficial as it ensures that the crew can work efficiently without interruptions caused by low temperatures.
Looking ahead, the installation of the metal deck on the roof is on the schedule, which is another important advancement. Ensuring the building is watertight is critical as we push forward with the interior renovations. A watertight roof will allow the workers to confidently proceed with tasks inside without worrying about potential weather-related damages.
