Lakeside Contracting deserves full kudos for their outstanding work in placing asphalt despite the challenging weather conditions. Their commitment and dedication shone through as they not only persevered but successfully laid down base asphalt when it seemed like the odds were stacked against them. The phrase “when the going gets tough, the tough get going” couldn’t be more fitting in this scenario, capturing the true spirit of Lakeside.
In other exciting news, we’re thrilled to announce that Linesteel has commenced the installation of our roof trusses over the gymnasium! This marks a significant milestone in our project, and we are eager to see the structure taking shape. We anticipate the completion of the metal deck / roof /by the end of next week, which will bring us one step closer to finalizing the building’s exterior. Our roofing contractor, GRRC, will soon assume control over the roof work, ensuring everything is executed to the highest standards.
As we look ahead, we also expect the arrival of the windows by the end of this month. Their installation will greatly aid us in our goal to achieve a watertight building. With each passing day, we are making progress, and our hard work is beginning to materialize into tangible results.
