It now appears that our roof is in good shape and watertight, thanks to the hard work of GRRC roofing company. While the gym and main mechanical room still require some attention, they are set to become watertight shortly. On a positive note, the weather seems to be giving us a break; the forecast for March predicts milder conditions, which is perfect for progressing with our project.
As we move into March, it is crucial that we focus on sealing the exterior, beginning with the spraying of the Air Vapour Barrier. Additionally, the installation of the remaining windows is vital to ensure proper insulation and weatherproofing of the building. Our schedule is bustling with planned activities, including the start of painting and the placement of floor tiles in the hallways.
Moreover, we will also be placing all locker bases to enhance functionality and aesthetics. It’s worth mentioning that the team on the 3rd floor Northeast is diligently preparing the floor for topping, which is an important step in our construction timeline.
With all these undertakings lined up, we are gearing up for a busy March. Coordination and teamwork will be key as we aim to achieve significant milestones. So, let’s get ready to hit the ground running!
