Project Update: School Construction Progress
Current Status
- Metal Decking: The metal deck on the north side /roof/ of the school has been successfully placed.
- Welding: Ongoing welding of open web steel joists on the south side is progressing well, with metal deck installation expected during the week of December 8th.
Upcoming Tasks
- Parapet Walls & Curbs: Once the parapet walls are constructed and all curbs are in place, our roofing company, GRRC, will mobilize to ensure we become watertight as soon as possible.
- Window Installation: Windows are scheduled to arrive before Christmas, with installation set to begin immediately thereafter.
- Painting: If the aforementioned tasks are completed on schedule, our painters will begin work during the first two weeks of the new year.
Asphalt and Parking Area
- Asphalt Installation: The asphalt for the parking area is scheduled to commence next week.
