The painters have made significant strides on the main floor, particularly in the south section, which includes the gym area. Their progress is impressive, and we anticipate a smooth continuation of these efforts.

In addition to painting, the roof top units have arrived on-site and are currently being lifted to the roof for installation. This is a crucial step in our project timeline, as these units will ensure the building’s HVAC system functions efficiently.

Meanwhile, the exterior masonry work is progressing well and is on schedule for completion by the end of July. This not only enhances the building’s aesthetics but also reinforces its structural integrity.

As we complete the exterior work, the interior is now primed for our finishing trades to step in. This transition marks an important phase in the project, where the attention shifts to details and final touches.
