As we find ourselves in the midst of a summer lull, there is a sense of complacency that needs shaking off. We are optimistic that our flooring contractor will commence work this week, paving the way for the installation of millwork, smart boards, and lockers. Our goal is to achieve a fall completion, and every day counts as we push forward. Meanwhile, the exterior work hinges on Lakeside contracting to finalize essential tasks, including asphalt, sidewalk, and curb installations. Delays in their arrival could lead to undesirable problems like weeds taking over. With determination in our sights, we are adopting a no-prisoners approach to ensure all aspects of the project move forward smoothly. The urgency is evident, and we are committed to overcoming any hurdles to stay on track for our completion target.
