At our site meeting, everyone agreed that every effort must be made to provide Lakeside Contracting with the access needed to complete the exterior work, including the courtyard, asphalt, sidewalks, and curbs. With winter approaching, coordination and timely decisions are essential to ensure Lakeside can complete its tasks without delay.
The landscape contractor, Robert, will also be joining this coordinated push to help maintain progress and address site requirements. Equally important is heating the building, as single-digit temperatures are forecast for next week. Protecting the building, materials, and workforce must remain a priority.
November will be an intense month, requiring strong communication, accountability, and teamwork from all contractors and supervisors. Everyone must remain focused on removing obstacles, meeting commitments, and supporting the overall schedule. We need a clear, unified approach from this point forward: Lead, Follow, or Get Out of the Way. The success of the project depends on everyone contributing and acting with urgency.
