Project Update: Current Progress and Next Steps
The masonry contractor is making steady progress as we await the arrival of Lakeside Contracting to complete the sidewalks, curb, and asphalt. Before Lakeside arrives, it is crucial that all frost slabs at exterior doorways are poured; the sidewalks need these frost slabs in place to ensure a proper fit.
On the interior front, work is progressing slowly as we wait for the installation of metal ductwork, flooring, and millwork. The gym floor is also set to receive its topping soon. The adage “the small tasks take longer to complete at the end of a project” rings true in this case, highlighting the importance of patience as we work toward project completion.
