The Masonry Contractor has currently progressed to the 3rd floor of the east building walls. Our team is making steady progress, and we expect to commence installing the precast materials on the 4th floor of the east building during mid-September. The precast materials for the 2nd floor of the west building have already been placed and are now ready for the masonry walls.

Dave from Aerloc is coordinating the installation of the punch windows on the east side, which is scheduled to begin in October. We are working diligently to ensure that all major mechanical equipment is delivered and placed on-site before closing the roof. This will streamline the construction process efficiently.
We are eagerly anticipating the arrival of the finishing trades, including the roofer, who is expected to come on board this week. The upcoming weeks will be very busy and full of challenges, but we are prepared to handle them.

As we proceed with the project, it’s important for everyone involved to prioritize collaboration and efficiency. This endeavor will require coordinated efforts from all parties. So, let’s adapt to the changing circumstances, support one another, and continue to move forward. Exciting times lie ahead, and together we can successfully navigate through this “wild ride.”
Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns. Let’s work together to make this project a success.
