Construction Update: Get Ready as Here We Come!

We are excited to share the latest progress on our construction project. Things are moving quickly, and we are getting closer to reaching important milestones. Here are the updates for this week:

Precast 4th Floor East

We are pleased to announce that the precast 4th floor east is currently being placed. The installation is going smoothly, and we anticipate it will be completed by the end of this week. This is a significant step forward in our construction process.

Masonry Walls on the West Side

Our skilled masonry contractor is making excellent progress on building the walls on the west side. The work is on track, and we are satisfied with the quality and pace of the construction.

Upcoming Milestones

Next week, we expect the arrival of the open web steel joist roof on the west side. Once in place, it will mark an important milestone as it allows the roofing company to begin their work. This is a crucial step that brings us closer to achieving a watertight structure.
