Exciting Progress Update!

We are thrilled to share the latest developments with you! The steel for the construction project has arrived, and we are currently in the process of erecting it on the west side. It’s an important milestone that brings us closer to our goal of creating a remarkable structure.

In addition, our dedicated masonry contractor has begun working on the east 4th floor. Their expertise and craftsmanship the solid foundation and aesthetic beauty of our building.

We are fully motivated to achieve a significant milestone before Christmas – reaching the watertight stage. This is an essential step that will protect the interior from external elements and set the stage for further progress.
