The masonry contractor has confirmed that all load-bearing walls will be finished by the end of next week. It’s crucial that the areas of the slab on grade (SOG) are poured to allow the masonry team to proceed; otherwise, they may have to move offsite. The completion of the SOG is vital for the construction of our non-bearing walls. This task requires significant manpower, as the placement of materials for the SOG is labor-intensive. Fortunately, the weather forecast looks favorable for the next 14 days, putting us in a prime position to expedite this process. To ensure we stay on schedule, we will need all hands on deck during this critical time. As winter approaches, it’s imperative that we make significant progress to avoid delays from inclement weather.
