Milton 11 CES – construction progress – Oct 13 2026

The masonry contractor is working on the above-ground structures, while the plumbing contractor needs to install underground piping on the west side. To expedite progress, it is crucial to collaborate with our asphalt contractor to lay down as much asphalt as possible around the building site, as the area has become extremely muddy. With winter approaching, the muddy conditions could significantly delay the project timeline. Additionally, all steel lintels, columns, and beams are essential for us to continue to the second floor. By urgently addressing these requirements, we can prevent further disruptions and maintain momentum in our construction efforts. Prompt action regarding the asphalt placement and procurement of steel materials will be critical to ensure that we stay on schedule and manage the challenging site conditions effectively.
