Milton 11 CES – Starting Footings: Key Milestones in Construction
The gloves are off as we start our footings at the south end. Hopefully, our masonry contractor will mobilize next week and begin work on the masonry foundation walls. This serves as a reminder to our mechanical and electrical contractor to follow our masonry contractor for building the foundation walls and to start placing underground piping. We are pushing for a slab on grade in this area by the end of August. Our milestone is to be closed in prior to winter.
As a heads up, we need all steel lintels and hollow metal door frames on site ASAP. Here we go!
