It was wonderful to see our friends from Aerloc on site, diligently installing window frames that will help us close in our project. The progress being made is truly exciting. On the south side, our electrical contractor, Nitesh, is busy roughing in the electrical work, ensuring everything is in place for subsequent phases. It’s impressive to see how quickly our drywall contractor is moving ahead of schedule, making significant strides that will lay the foundation for the next steps in our build.

With the drywall making rapid progress, we can now welcome our painting contractor to the site, allowing them to begin the aesthetic work that will bring our vision to life. It’s a thrill to think about how the space will transform as the colors and finishes come together.

On the exterior of the building, Lakeside is hard at work placing our decorative stone, which will enhance the visual appeal of our project. They are also preparing to start on our parking area, complete with sidewalks and curbs. This development is crucial as it will not only improve the functionality of the space but will also contribute to the overall design aesthetic.

Looking ahead, we are eager for our masonry contractor, JVH, to commence the brick veneer installation. This will add another layer of texture and style to the exterior, further defining the character of the building. The collaboration and expertise from all our contractors are truly coming together, and it’s exciting to see how each trade contributes to the overall vision. We can’t wait to see the finished product as we continue to make strides on this project.
