Good news! The mechanical equipment for our penthouse has arrived, and the crane is scheduled to arrive tomorrow. Once the mechanical equipment is in place, we will proceed with the installation of the metal deck and roof. We are, however, still waiting for the blue skin to be applied around our windows, which has become a concern as this marks our third request for its application.
In the meantime, the plywood parapet on our gym roof is currently being installed. Once that installation is complete, we will bring our roofing team on board to ensure that everything is watertight. This is a significant milestone, as once our gym roof is secure, we can allow our finishing trades to begin work in the childcare area.
Our finishing trades are eagerly on deck and ready for their arrival, which will be a welcomed addition to the ongoing progress of our project. With all these components coming together, it feels like we are making substantial strides forward. As we look ahead, the anticipation is building for the next phases of construction.
