Good news from the construction site! The mechanical equipment has been successfully installed in the penthouse mechanical room, with all roof beams in place as we anticipate the arrival of the metal deck. In an effort to enhance the structure’s integrity, we are coordinating with our masonry contractor to initiate the application of blue skin on the southeast corner, ensuring our building is well-protected against water ingress.
In addition to these developments, our site services contractor is currently in the process of connecting our water supply on Sixth Line. This is a crucial step in our timeline, as it enables us to move forward with the subsequent phases of construction. We are diligently working toward our goal of having the building watertight before the end of the month, which will allow us to proceed with finishing trades that are poised to commence very soon.
As we shift into cruise control mode, we remain focused on maintaining momentum, ensuring that all tasks are executed efficiently. Our team is energized and committed to delivering quality results as we near completion of this project.
