Great news! We are excited to announce that we now have permanent water access to our site, marking a significant milestone in our construction project. In addition, our masonry contractor will begin applying blue skin around the windows this Thursday. This crucial step will be followed closely by the spraying of the Air Vapour Barrier, which ensures that our building remains energy-efficient and well-protected from the elements.
Looking ahead, we are also eager to start the placement of the brick veneer, scheduled for the first two weeks of April. With the weather now on our side, we anticipate that progress will be expedited, allowing us to stay on track with our timeline. Each of these stages is not only essential for the structural integrity of the building but also for our overall project aesthetic.
Moreover, we’re pleased to report that our gym roof is on schedule to be watertight soon. This improvement will enable us to commence work on the childcare area, another vital component of our development.
