Work is progressing well as we aim to be closed in shortly. We have successfully addressed the issues on the main mechanical room roof, and installation of the metal deck will commence soon, permitting our roofing team to ensure a watertight structure. Concurrently, preparations for exterior work are underway, starting with the installation of blue skin around the windows. This will be followed by the application of the air vapor barrier, which is crucial for maintaining energy efficiency and moisture control within the building.
In terms of our schedule, additional windows are expected to arrive by the end of the month. This timely delivery will facilitate our goal of reaching a near watertight condition. Our team is diligently working to coordinate tasks that will enable finishing trades to begin their work without delays. Throughout this process, we remain committed to maintaining a high standard of quality and efficiency.
Additionally, we are in the planning stages for landscaping and are preparing to tender the landscape contractor soon. This will ensure that once the building is nearing completion, we can promptly enhance the exterior environment, creating an inviting atmosphere for all future occupants. By keeping our focus on these critical tasks, we are confident that we will meet our project timelines and deliver a successful outcome. As we move forward, continued communication and collaboration among all teams will be key to achieving our goals.
