Construction Progress March 18

Hopefully, this is the last of the extreme cold weather, and work on the exterior can start again. Fortunately, the weather forecast looks promising, indicating that the harsh winter conditions are behind us. Our team is diligently preparing the third floor to accept topping later this week, ensuring we stay on schedule. The remaining windows are on track to be installed in two weeks, which will allow us to move forward with interior work once the building is fully enclosed.

As we approach March 28, we will mark one year since we began this project. Over the past year, the team has made tremendous progress, and it’s inspiring to see the transformation take place. Our project leaders, Bryan and Scott, have been instrumental in guiding all trades involved and ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Their leadership has fostered a strong sense of teamwork and commitment to excellence.

If you have any questions about the project, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Bryan or Scott. Their doors are always open, and they are more than willing to provide updates or address any concerns. As the saying goes, “When the going gets tough, the tough get going,” and I believe our team exemplifies this spirit. We are excited to see the project advance and can’t wait to share more milestones with you as we continue this journey together.
