We currently face three pressing concerns that need immediate attention to ensure project continuity and efficiency.
First, the installation of all exterior windows and doors at Aerloc must be prioritized. We cannot afford to eliminate our security guard until the building is completely enclosed, which is growing increasingly costly. Quick action on this front will mitigate further expenses and enhance security.
Second, we need our floor installers to begin work in the classrooms as soon as possible. Their timely installation is crucial, as it directly affects our critical path and allows the millwork team to commence their tasks without delay. Coordinating this effort will keep the project on schedule and avoid bottlenecks.
Lastly, we have repeatedly requested that the masonry contractor address the mess on the west side of the site. It is essential that they clean up and remove debris offsite to enable our sidewalk and curb contractor to proceed with their work. While we appreciate the masonry team and do not want them to leave before completing their contract, we must insist on this cleanup to facilitate progress.
These three areas require urgent action. By addressing these issues promptly, we can eliminate delays and move closer to project completion. As we work through these tasks, I urge everyone involved to stay focused and adopt a “Just Do It” mentality to keep momentum going. Together, we can achieve our goals efficiently and effectively.
