Construction Progress Report

The construction project is progressing at a remarkable pace as we reach a critical phase in our timeline. The trades have all officially boarded, signaling a collective effort towards the finish line. Notably, the installation of the brick veneer and concrete curbs in the parking area has commenced, laying a solid foundation for the structure’s exterior.

On the roofing front, our dedicated roofers are making impressive strides. We’re nearing 100 percent waterproofing on the rooftop, which is crucial for the integrity of the building. This achievement not only ensures protection against environmental elements but also allows us to move forward with other construction activities without delay.

Inside, the interior work is moving along smoothly. The 2nd and 3rd floors have recently received their final coats of paint, setting the stage for the final aesthetic touches that will bring the space to life. We will share the color palettes soon, which will significantly enhance the overall ambiance of the interiors.

It is essential that all work above the ceilings is completed promptly, as we are now ready for the T-bar installation. This critical step will greatly influence the overall timeline, making it imperative for all contractors to synchronize their efforts efficiently.
