The construction project is progressing rapidly, with significant developments taking shape both on the exterior and interior fronts. As of now, the team has commenced spraying the air vapor barrier, and the brick veneer installation is set to follow, with completion anticipated by the end of June. Our contractor is diligently preparing the parking area for asphalt installation, ensuring everything is on track. We are making a concerted effort to establish as much of the curb and sidewalk as possible during this phase, contributing to the overall vision of the site.

On the interior side, our painters are currently onsite, kicking off the process with the cutting in of door and window frames. This step is crucial as it sets the stage for the next phase, which is scheduled to begin on Monday when the team will start spraying the walls. Following the painters, our flooring contractor will come in to lay down new flooring, and we will also begin work on the installation of T-bar ceilings.

As we look ahead, the millwork phase is on deck, promising a significant transformation of our building over the next few months. Each step in this process is carefully coordinated to ensure a seamless transition between phases, and the result will be a beautiful and functional space ready for use. The exterior will come together very quickly, and we are excited to see the final outcome of our efforts.
