The Earthwork at the rear of the school is still ongoing and once it is complete, we will be able to proceed with the construction of the parking area. We are optimistic that this will happen sooner rather than later.

Meanwhile, the masonry contractor is diligently working on building the walls on the 3rd floor east. They have set up scaffolding to prioritize the completion of the exterior walls. We are eagerly awaiting the arrival of the galvanized lintels for the windows, which are scheduled to arrive tomorrow. These lintels are crucial for the next phase of construction. In our schedule, we have planned to install the 4th-floor precast on the east side during the first week of September. Additionally, we will need the open web joist for the roof, which is scheduled for the first week of October.

On the west side, things are progressing smoothly as the precast is being placed, and we anticipate its completion by tomorrow. We are currently working at full speed, and progress is impressive.

Our goal is to make the building watertight before Christmas, and if things go well, we may even begin the placement of the brick veneer. We are committed to meeting these milestones and to ensuring the successful completion of the project.
