Great news! The remaining rooftop units have arrived, and the crane is now onsite, ready for action. Once we successfully install these units, we will be able to pour the topping in our gym, marking a significant step forward in our project.

On the exterior, Lakeside Contracting is diligently working on the base for our garbage enclosure, and we now have the necessary footing in place adjacent to our shops for the construction of a masonry wall.

However, we’re facing a potential challenge with a delay from our flooring contractor, who is crucial to our critical path. We hope they will arrive onsite soon to avoid impacting our timeline. Meanwhile, our childcare area is prepared and ready for paint, followed by the installation of other finishes.

Looking ahead, we are waiting for the asphalt, sidewalk, and curb work to be completed, after which our landscape contractor will arrive for the final touches. Additionally, we anticipate the installation of our light fixtures in the parking area, which will enhance both safety and aesthetics. Stay tuned for further updates as we continue to make progress!
