Project Update: Foundation Progress

Our foundation walls are now well underway, marking a significant step forward in our construction timeline. Following the completion of the foundation walls, our mechanical and electrical contractor will begin the placement of underground utilities. Once this phase is complete, we will be ready to pour the slab on grade (SOG), which will allow the masonry contractor to proceed without delays.

We’re also excited to report that we should soon begin the foundation work on the front half of the building. Additionally, the D’Orazio work is ongoing as we actively install our storm pipe, which is crucial for proper drainage and site management. Given the extensive work being conducted on our building, it’s imperative that we focus on completing our parking area, as the current mud conditions could lead to significant challenges.

To ensure smooth operations and prevent potential setbacks, we are prioritizing asphalt installation in the parking area. This proactive approach is essential in maintaining a clean and efficient work site. As a team, we are pushing ahead, and it’s inspiring to see everyone working together cohesively.
