August is shaping up to be a busy month with numerous events scheduled. At present, the installation of rebar is underway, which will enable the placement of masonry blocks on the 3rd floor east. Although this task is cumbersome, it is expected to be completed by the end of this week.

Looking ahead to Monday, our dedicated masonry crew will commence the construction of walls on the 3rd floor east. To ensure a smooth progress, it is crucial that all steel lintels, including galvanized Intels for windows, are readily available on-site, as the creation of masonry bond beams can be a time-consuming process.

On the west side of the project, it is imperative that all steel supplies arrive before August 24th. Once these materials are delivered and erected, our masonry contractor can promptly begin constructing the walls.

Furthermore, earthworks are currently ongoing in the rear field. Completion of this phase will pave the way for the construction of our parking areas.

In summary, August promises to be a bustling month filled with various activities. The progress made with the rebar installation and subsequent masonry work, along with the timely arrival of steel supplies, will significantly contribute to the advancement of our project. Additionally, the ongoing earthworks in the rear field hold the potential for the realization of our parking areas. With each task completed, we move closer to our goals and the successful completion of the project.
