Milton 11 CES – Current Footing Progress: Key Updates on Construction
Footings are currently in progress and once they are poured, we will reach approximately 75% completion of the footings.. The backfilling of the foundation walls has commenced, enabling the mechanical contractor to install and bury their underground piping and equipment. During my recent visit, only three construction workers were onsite, which is insufficient to maintain the pace needed for pouring the slab on grade. Increased manpower is essential to facilitate the timely completion of this phase of work. Our primary goal is to ensure that the building is closed in as much as possible before winter sets in. This proactive approach will help us mitigate any potential delays caused by adverse weather conditions. We are on the right track, but it’s crucial to mobilize more resources to keep the project on schedule. Pitter Patter!
