St. Kateri Tekakwitha – construction progress – May 25

Our masonry contractor is making great progress on building load-bearing masonry walls on the second floor east. This speedy progress leads us to anticipate the precast third floor by June 19th. In case steel lintels are not available on site, masonry will build bond beams instead. We will contact our structural engineer to provide details in this scenario. The fourth floor precast is scheduled for the last week of July and we expect to reach the roof by the end of August. Our goal is to be watertight, windows included, by November or early December.
